By placing an order with SEOeStore, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of services whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

SEOeStore does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SEOeStore will not refund orders that are processed if you feel they are taking too long. SEOeStore tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

While our clients have enjoyed lots of success with ranking on Google and social media verification. Social media and Google algorithms are out of our control. We cannot guarantee that you'll be verified on social media or that your Website will arise on the first page of a Google search for your name, brand name, or any other Keyword. This website is not a part of FOX, CBS, NBC, USA Today, Google, or any other company mentioned on our website.

SEOeStore can help your website get new website visitors with its service, but we cannot guarantee if it will result in sales or leads. The amount of traffic from our backlinks is unpredictable as well.

We don't guarantee 100% indexed links, we guarantee that all of the backlinks have been crawled by Google spider with some.

SEOeStore will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer but don't worry we are 100% sure that our services are safe for your site, you just have to follow your instructions and recommendations.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, documents, reports that we provide in connection with your Account and your use of the service.

We will provide these Communications to you by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your Account registration, by texting them to you at the primary telephone number listed in your Account registration, by emailing or texting you a link or instructions on how to access them on a website, or by posting them on the Website (on your account).

Communications are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time they are emailed to you, posted to the Website.

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

• Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount would be refunded to the Customer.
• If for any reason we are not able to deliver orders, you will be entitled to a full refund. In this case, we may offer the option to redo the order, or cancel it and get back the amount in your balance. But you will always have the option to get a full refund in this situation if you would prefer.

In case you go through one of the previous circumstances and you want to get the money back, you should know the following:

• We can only refund new Payments within a maximum period of 10 days from the payment date and are unable to refund other Payments that are older than the previously mentioned period.
• The funds will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, bank account) that the payer initially used to make the payment.
• After reviewing and approving the refund request, the process may take 24 hours or it may take longer, and this depends on the payment method you have chosen and it is beyond our control.

Clarification: In Case your orders are canceled by you or us, their value will be returned to your account on the site and you can reuse it in making new orders.

SEOeStore offers many ways to get a FREE balance, but the Company may in its sole discretion and at any time review it and deduct it from your account balance for any or no reason.

Company may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. User agrees that any termination of his/her access to the Services or any account he/she may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and also agrees that Company will not be liable to User or any third party for any such termination.

If we decide to deduct some or all of the free balance from your account balance, and your account balance becomes negative, then the account will automatically be suspended.

If your account is suspended due to a negative balance you can ask to make a custom payment to settle your balance to activate your account.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. In case You open a dispute against us Your account will Automatically be "Frozen".

If your account is frozen that means you will not be able to make more orders.

Once this dispute is resolved, your account will be activated so that you can once again request more orders.

We reserve the right to disapprove of any website that we feel does not sufficiently meet our standard of quality. We DO NOT intentionally accept or allow the following types of content:

Adult content: We don't allow all kinds of sexual content: Text, images, audio, or video that can be interpreted as suggesting sexual. Sites promote Hook-up or fling dating, swinger dating sites, sex toys, strip clubs, adult movies, sexually suggestive live streaming, sexually suggestive role-playing games, etc.

Drug Abuse & Addiction: We don't allow the content of recreational drugs: Heroin, Cocaine, Viagra, Marijuana Tobacco, etc.

Gambling: We don’t allow any content that facilitates, promotes, or is affiliated in any way with online gambling or wagering of any type. Examples of restricted gambling-related content: physical casinos; sites where users can bet on poker, bingo, roulette, Judi, slot, lotteries, etc.

Alcohol: We don’t allow all kinds of alcohol-related content, both for alcohol and drinks that resemble alcohol: beer, wine, Champagne, distilled spirits, etc

Scams: We don't allow the content of Hacking software or instructions, fake documents, and academic cheating services.

Inappropriate content: We don't allow shocking content or promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or violence; bullying or intimidation of an individual or group, racial discrimination, hate group paraphernalia, cruelty to animals, murder, self-harm, extortion, or blackmail.

Dangerous products or services: We don't allow the content of some products or services that cause damage, harm, or injury: equipment to facilitate drug use; weapons, ammunition, black magic, other harmful products or services.

We also have the right to reject any content that we do not find suitable for our standards. We use a combination of automated and human evaluation to ensure your website content complies with our policies.

If you think that your website does not violate our policies, please contact us.

You can cancel orders to make an amendment or for any other reason as long as their status is still “Pending”, but it is not possible to cancel orders if their status is changed to “Processing” or "Completed ".

We may also in our sole discretion and at any time reject any Orders that we do not find suitable for our standards.

The reports for your submitted order(s) will be stored in our servers for up to 180 days, after that, they may be automatically deleted!
